What data we process

We process the data you give us to complete an order (first name, surname or company name, tax code or VAT number, address, email, phone number, any notes) and the data you choose to send us by email, for example with a membership application or a review.

Why we process it

To handle your order and its delivery, to meet our tax and accounting obligations and to answer your requests. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.

How we keep it

Order data is recorded in the cooperative's management system and kept for the period required by civil and tax law. It is not passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your account

When you sign in to your account we email you a sign-in code: we keep your email address, the dates you signed in and, for a few minutes, an encrypted fingerprint of the code. The site uses a technical cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days or until you sign out. To delete your account, write to us at info@oliomelody.it.

Who it may be shared with

With those who help us handle your order: the courier for delivery, our accountant, and the provider of our management software and IT services, always only as far as necessary.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@oliomelody.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
